Orders + Shipping

Order confirmation and shipping updates
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for processing. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
International orders and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivered but not received?
Once a tracking number is provided and the carrier shows proof of delivery, shipping liability rests with the selected carrier. Any claims must be submitted directly to the carrier using your tracking number.

Returns + Store

Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days after your order is delivered or received in-store. We do not offer refunds. If the 7-day window has passed, we can’t offer an exchange or store credit.
Return requirements + final sale
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Final sale: sale items and gift cards.
