We do not make any refunds.


Return Window

Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order has been received in store or delivered. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.


Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards.
  • We only change one time the same invoice (no exception).

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Liability

Once we provide the tracking number, The Mellie Shop is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience during transit. We are not liable once the carrier issues proof of delivery. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping liability rests solely with the selected carrier. Any claims regarding the status or condition of the package must be submitted directly to the carrier using the tracking number.
