Processing Time

Please allow 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for processing.

Shipping Confirmation + Tracking

Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive the shipping email.

International Orders + Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Liability

Once we provide the tracking number, The Mellie Shop is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience during transit. We are not liable once the carrier issues proof of delivery. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping liability rests solely with the selected carrier. Any claims regarding the status or condition of the package must be submitted directly to the carrier using the tracking number.
