We do not make any refunds.

Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order has been received in store or delivered. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.

  • The Mellie Shop is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging. 
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
